I’ve been working as a Counsellor and Supervisor for the past 12 years in Donegal. Prior to this I trained and worked in Dublin.

During this time I’ve Practised in a number of Counselling Centres and worked as part of a Multidisciplinary Team at the Mater Hospital Dublin, in Adult Psychiatry. I also completed an MA in Addictions Studies in 2008.

My work includes individual and couple counselling. anxiety and addiction difficulties in the various guises are central to much of my current work.

Grief, loss, loneliness and separation anxiety, figure significantly of my clients’ presentations.

During the years I’ve accompanied many who suffer and struggle with O.C.D., work related stress, trauma, P.T.S.D., fear and self esteem issues and have helped guide both adults and adolescences in their journey through their difficulties.
